You can choose between our regular tour, valued at €89 (1 Renault Twizy suitable for 2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child), or our family package priced at €125.00 (2 Renault Twizies suitable for 2 adults + 2 kids aged 4 to 18). Just send us an email at hello@renzy.nl to let us know your pick and where to send the gift voucher.
Once we hear from you, we'll email you a payment link via Pay.nl (including €4.95 for shipping), which you can easily settle using IDEAL or a Credit card. As soon as payment has been received by us, we'll send you the physical gift card in a stylish envelope, packaged discreetly.
This gift card holds a unique code, allowing the recipient to claim their chosen tour on our website. They can redeem it anytime for a tour theme driven from May 8th to October 31st, with a validity of 2 years from the date of issue. Just a heads-up, this voucher can't tag along with other discount promos and can't moonlight as cash.
Availibility Our GPS audio tours are up for grabs from May 8th to October 31st. Renzy welcomes explorers five days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday.
A fully charged electric Renault Twizy suitable for 2 persons (2 adults per vehicle), 2 vehicles when you book the family package (2 adult + 2 kids from 4 to 18 years old)
GPS navigation with a fixed route and theme of approximately 30km
An audio guide in English providing all the ins and outs about the surroundings, attractions, and stops
The GPS audio tour lasts 180 minutes with a driving time of up to 1 hour, leaving plenty of time for joint breaks along the way to admire and photograph the highlights up close
This is a private tour; you drive it yourself while being guided by GPS navigation and the audio guide
What do you need to drive
Driver's age: from 21 years old and holding a valid B driver's license for at least 3 years
All drivers (which can be up to 2 per Twizy) must present a valid B driver's license and fill out the participation form with personal details, driver's license number, and a signature
A deposit of €150 per Twizy payable upon check-in via PIN (we offer the option of returning the deposit via PIN), credit card, or cash
The Twizies are covered by WA Allrisk insurance including passenger insurance (insurance policy available for inspection at the reception desk)
In case you cause damage to the Twizy, accessories, or third parties, there is an excess of €500 per damage claim
Renzy's GPS tours are NOT suitable for people with limited mobility and back problems
Alcohol and (soft) drugs are prohibited
You can cancel your GPS audio tour free of charge up to 14 days before the tour start by sending an email to hello@renzy.nl or sending a Whatsapp message to sturen naar 06 216 814 18.

Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your GPS audio tour to check-in, pay the deposit, and receive instructions from our staff.
The maximum number of tour participants per timeslot is 18 people (9 Twizies, suitable for 2 adults per vehicle).
The start and end times of the timeslots cannot be adjusted due to the interim charging of the vehicles.
Pair up in advance per Twizy. During the tour, you may only drive the Twizy number for which you registered at check-in. Riding along with another Twizy number from your group during the tour? This is only possible as a passenger, not as a driver.
The Twizy is automatic and easy to operate, and you drive this vehicle on normal roads like a car.
The Twizies are in top condition, so it's unlikely for a breakdown or defect to occur. However, if it does happen, a Renzy staff member will be nearby to promptly assist upon your report.
All tour routes are exclusively on local roads with a maximum speed limit of 30 or 60 km per hour; highways and provincial roads are excluded from the navigation.
The pre-programmed routes for all Renzy tours are a maximum of 30km in length and are very easy to navigate with the GPS. If you happen to veer off course, the GPS navigation will guide you back to the route.
The battery's range is 60km, so it's unlikely for any participant to run out of battery during the tour. If, by chance, this happens during a tour, a Renzy staff member will be nearby to recharge the battery.
We recommend dressing warmly in layers. From late March to early May, temperatures can range from 5 to 20+ degrees, and it can be chilly in our open Twizy, especially for the rear passenger.
Rain or shine, the tour will proceed. Side windows can bWe have child seats and boosters for children aged 1 to 12 years

It's possible to take an option on a desired date and timeslot. Please note: this option expires 2 weeks before the tour date.
If more than 8 vehicles are booked, the group will be split into 2 for a more enjoyable driving experience. Participants will meet again during a common stop of their choice along the way
